Problem: Phase I ESAs often overlook observable asbestos-containing materials (ACM) or incorrectly identify non-ACM as suspect ACM, resulting in unnecessary follow-up costs. 

Solution: An e-Learning course was developed to help provide specific constraints for identifying and documenting the presence of suspect ACM.

Problem: Only 30% of simulated phishing emails sent by IT department are reported as suspected phishing. The IT department has a 95% reporting goal to prevent the chances of a successful phishing attack. 

Solution: An e-Learning course was developed to make sure employees are aware of the importance of preventing successful phishing attacks, able to identify the characteristics of phishing emails, and know how to report suspected phishing emails.
