I'm an instructional designer who partners with stakeholders to analyze learning needs, identify performance gaps, and design learning solutions that help people build knowledge, develop skills, and perform with confidence.

Although my career has spanned environmental consulting, banking, science education, curriculum development, and corporate learning, every role has shared a common purpose: 

transforming complex information into clear, practical learning experiences that help people succeed.

Today, I combine instructional design, eLearning development, and visual design to create engaging, learner-centered solutions grounded in adult learning principles and aligned with organizational goals.

Every learning solution begins with understanding the need, the learner, and the desired performance outcome. 

My design process is guided by ADDIE, beginning with analysis and continuing through design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Throughout the process, I collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure each solution addresses real performance needs.

My goal is always the same: create learning that improves performance.
