Today, I combine instructional design, eLearning development, and visual design to create learning solutions that are engaging, purposeful, and performance-focused.
Every learning solution begins with understanding the need, the learner, and the desired performance outcome.
I use an iterative design process guided by the principles of ADDIE - analyzing needs; designing intentional learning experiences; developing engaging content; and refining solutions through feedback and evaluation.
My goal is always the same: create learning that improves performance.
